Adamant Champion
The Adamant Champion is a paragon of heroism in the Scarred Lands. Chosen by Corean, the God of Honor, Duty, and Bravery, only those heroes who wholly embody such virtues are granted the title of Adamant Champion. Armed with a sacred sword forged by their own hand, the Adamant Champion stands as a valorous guardian of all the mortal peoples of the Scarred Lands.
Mithril Knight
Paladins in service to the Adamantine Church, the Mithril Knights wander the Scarred Lands seeking evil foes to vanquish. Where the Adamant Champion focuses on defending the people, the Mithril Knight hunts not only Titanspawn, but those mortals who would do evil as well. The oaths of the Mithril Knight demand that they must seek the greatest evil on the battlefield and never falter or yield. Many Adamant Champions are chosen from the ranks of the Mithril Knights.
Spellbow
Spellbows are archers who study the arcane arts in order to imbue their arrows with magical prowess. Though the traditions of the spellbow began among the elves of the Scarred Lands, they have since spread throughout the world. People of any heritage can follow this path to magical and martial prowess. The most accomplished spellbows are never without ammunition, able to magically summon arrows and bolts of raw magical energy that can be imbued with mystical properties.
Manticora Hunter
The Manticora are lion-like humanoids who served Vangal the Ravager, God of War and Destruction during the Divine War. In the years since the victory of the Gods, the manticora have worked to find their place among the other Divine Races by building settlements and forging a nascent culture. Still, the hunter’s instinct is strong in the manticora people, and skill with bow and claw are taught to every cub. Many manticora who choose the adventurer’s life rely on these skills and instincts to survive.
Tattooed Adept
Tattoo magic is prevalent among the people of the Scarred Lands. Every major culture practices the arts of tattooing and has long ago learned to enchant these elaborate and beautiful designs with magic. The Tattooed Adept takes this connection between mana and ink one step further, dedicating themselves to the study of magical tattoo creation and modification. Masters of this art can create and modify tattoos rapidly and impart magic into even mundane tattoos for a time.
Witch of Scarn
Witchcraft in the Scarred Lands was once the domain of the titan Mormo, but during the Divine War, that domain was usurped by her daughter, the goddess Belsameth. This dark goddess imparts old and powerful magic onto her followers and especially favors shapeshifters, lycanthropes and assassins. Through worship of the Slayer, witches of Scarn master dark and potent magics and amass personal might.
